Check Status of an Order

Need updates? To check the status of your order, please log-in to your account at besomebody.com.

Tracking a Package

After making your purchase, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log-in to your account at any time to track your order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped. That shipping receipt will also contain the tracking number with a link to track your order. 

How to Modify/Cancel Your Order

We all change our mind sometimes. If you've submitted an order online that hasn't shipped yet, and you wish to modify or cancel the order, please email us at gear@besomebody.com.

What forms of payment do you accept online?

Besomebody accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

What if I do not receive my order?

If after tracking your order you are still unable to determine where your order is, please email us at gear@besomebody.com.

 

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays.) Orders in by 2pm EST typically ship out the same day. All orders ship within 7 days.  All expedited orders require a street address (no PO Boxes). If you need your order at your door by a specific date, please email us at gear@besomebody.com.

I'm looking for a product that I don't see on your website.  Is there any way I can order it?

Our site reflects the most up-to-date availability of our products. If you do not see a product on our website, it is not available through us at the current time.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Besomebody stands behind the quality of the products we sell and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return your merchandise by following the easy steps below:

When returning any items please include your packing slip and indicate what you are returning or exchanging. Please indicate if this order was a gift. To ensure a prompt and accurate returns process, we ask that you include your order number on the return form. To access your order number, simply Login to your account.

When returning, please use a signature required service such as FedEx or UPS to send your return back to us. Please do not use USPS. If you choose to use USPS, Besomebody cannot guarantee delivery of your package. You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs up front.

We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt of the package. If a return, please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.

 

RETURN RULES

* Returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of your order date. 

* Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in good condition.

* No refunds will be given without a receipt.

* Only items purchased through besomebody.com may be returned to our online warehouse.

* When we receive your returned merchandise, we will refund you against the original method of payment.

* Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.

* International orders can be refunded or exchanged, however shipping costs to besomebody.com and back out will be the responsibility of the customer.

* In the case of damaged items, please email us at gear@besomebody.com.

  

GIFT RETURNS

Did you receive a Besomebody gift and are missing the packing slip? 

No worries, email us at gear@besomebody.com. We’ll help you send back your merchandise in accordance with the terms of our return policy.
